ABOUT THE FIRM
KG Designs is a landscape architecture firm led by Kristin Glandon serving the Puget Sound region with thoughtful, site-responsive design. We specialize in public K–12 school landscapes and residential projects that combine functionality, beauty, and a sense of place.
Our work is rooted in collaboration — with clients, design teams, and communities — to create spaces that reflect the people who use them and the landscapes they belong to. Every project is unique, guided by our client-centered approach and a commitment to design that feels authentic, enduring, and distinctly Northwest.
While most of our work is in the Seattle area, we do take on residential landscape design in the United States if the project is a good fit. See the CONTACT page if you’d like to work together!
LEADERSHIP
With more than 25 years of experience designing landscapes across the Puget Sound region, I bring a deep understanding of how people live, learn, and connect with their outdoor spaces. My approach is grounded in listening — to my clients, to the site, and to the character of each place. I believe every landscape should feel both timeless and personal, reflecting the unique blend of Northwest ecology, architecture, and lifestyle that defines our region.
As a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and an Associate Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) professional, I bring both creative vision and practical expertise to every project. Above all, I value the relationships built along the way — because great landscapes start with trust, care, and genuine connection.
